Professor Robin Fell, of Sydney, the Professor of Civil Engineering in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of New South Wales. Recognised as a world leader in dam embankment engineering. Prof. Fell is a specialist in landslides and slope engineering, geotechnical site investigations and tailings dams. Graeme Bell, of Cooma, one of Australia's leading practitioners in dam engineering.
